Rainshift Phantom Syndicate was founded in November 2025 by Leland W. and Will T. in Marysville, Washington, with deep PNW pride. After 15 years in the car scene, we saw the cracks—clout chasing, ego battles, and a lack of true support. So we became the phantoms, shifting through the dark and rain to build something different.
Rainshift is a syndicate of genuine enthusiasts, united by passion, loyalty, and the belief that every build matters. We uplift, not outshine. We celebrate each other’s wins and reach beyond the garage.
We aim to erase the stigma around car clubs by mentoring youth, teaching car basics, and empowering newcomers. From oil changes to spark plugs, we show that cars aren’t intimidating—they’re liberating.
Our long-term goal is to partner with local churches and businesses to support underprivileged families—providing food, clothes, toys, and positive role models. Rainshift is everything the car scene’s been missing.
